Our installation prices range between $245-$395 depending on your location. We frequently have ongoing promotions so keep an eye out for those to get a discount!
Which countries/cities is this facility available in?
As of now this service is available in Phoeniz, AZ , Rocky Point, Mexico and Medellín, Colombia. We are planning to expand to other cities very soon.
Can I just buy the locks and not pay for installation?
Yes.
How can I install the lock myself?
Lock installations can vary significantly from one home to the other. There is no set training manual as the configurations are complex and we highly suggested using experts for the initial setup.
Can I pay separately for purchasing the lock and installation?

Do you have any documentation or installation video tutorials?
No. Configurations are complex and vary from one home to the other and the documentation available from lock manufacturers is extremely sparse and inaccurate. 
How long would the installation take?
Installation usually takes less than an hour when done by Zap2Smart technicians.
Do you have the ability to access the lock once you are done installing?
No. We cannot access the lock unless you give us explicit permission to do so.
Does the lock work even if WiFi is not available?
Yes. 
How long do the lock batteries last?
Around4-6 months depending on usage. We recommended changing batteries every 4 months and the smart lock does give you a low battery notification as well.
Can I still open the lock with a key?
Yes.
Can I add or remove the pass codes from anywhere?
Yes. The mobile app does provide this functionality from any location.
Can the lock help me with my rental property?
